- Ab noodles ko strain kar ke thande pani se cool karein and little oil spread karein and mix karein (ase noodles aapas me nahin chopkenge.
- Ab kadhi me 1tsp oil garam karein and mustard, 2 green chilli dale and chopped onion ginger, garlic paste add karein and saute karein fir sare veggies dale saute karein.
- Ab 1/2 cup spinach and mint puree dale spinach leaves ko bhi cut karke dale and masale add karein soya sauce, tomato sauce, sugar and piper powder dale mix karein and noodles ko add karein.
- Ab coriander leaves sprinkle Kar ke garam garamserve karein.
